Amie Hoff and Beth Wieczorek are co-founders of FitKit.com and Life² LLC. Read about Amie and Beth HERE.

Do you or your husband travel a lot on your job? Maybe you’re a college student with limited space? Do you sometimes wish you could get some exercise time in on your break? When traveling does the exercise room at the hotel leave a lot to be desired? Or are you like me and would rather exercise in the privacy of your own home? FitKit is the answer for you!!

FitKitYour FitKit contains all the tools you need for optimum fitness and performance, in a compact and portable case! All the benefits of a gym – at home, in the dorm or on the road. Look at the size of the case…it is only about 10″ long,            3 1/2″ wide, and 4″ high. It is absolutely amazing what can “fit” in this small case.

FitKits come with components suitable for your age and/or health level. You can choose from the FitKit or FitKit50+. There is also an option to customize your own FitKit with your company logo or message so you can use them as employee gifts or incentives. What a great way to get your employees to “move”.

FitKit

Components in the regular FitKit:

Fitness Tools

Exercise band
Resistance tube
Jump rope
Stability attachment

Safety Features

Pedometer with safety alarm
Reflective arm band
ID tag

Exercise Library

250+ Exercise Library to help you reach your goals
13 muscle groups
Strength, Cardio, Flexibility

I reviewed the FitKit50+. The components in this one are a little different than in the regular FitKit. It’s great for those over 50 and for those that need to maintain a lower level of activity. Of course, there will be some 50+ that have a high level of activity and will need to purchase the regular kit.

Fitness expert, Amie Hoff loves working with the 50+ population. She has helped many of her clients develop better balance, improve coordination and gain greater stabilization and most importantly, gain confidence and control of their bodies. Amie wants you to experience the same results.

Your FitKit purchase allows you exclusive online access to the FitKit Exercise Library.

The FitKit Exercise Library is absolutely amazing! It is definitely the most helpful information that addresses exactly what your needs are. It starts with a Get Started video by co-founder and fitness professional Amie Hoff. You have access to fitness tips, nutrition tips, fitness, and safety tips. Then you go the the exercise library itself. Oh my! The first thing you see is a skeletal image with labeled areas for you to choose what you would like to focus on. I chose “inner thighs”. That takes me to a page with 6 exercises complete with pictures and instructions. You can choose to focus on a particular area or you can choose to focus on balance/stability, coordination, cardio, or stretches.

There is so much more I would love to share with you but you will want to check it out for yourself on the FitKit Website.

You can purchase FitKit for only $34.99!

Connect with FitKit on FacebookTwitter, Pinterest, and YouTube.

I give FitKit and A+ and highly recommend you give it a try.

  49. Jesselyn A/Jesstinger says:

We actually have a work-out / yoga/ meditation room with a techie stationary bike and a HealthRider – which we use fairly often. My husband belongs to the Y and he goes there to swim laps – and sometimes use their machines. I’m currently going for Physical Therapy twice a week – it’s a little gym-like. And we both ride our bicycles a lot.

A gym is a little pricey (and to my mind inconvenient) – we prefer a little more privacy and quiet or our own choice of music.
