My Hare Line – Children’s Books {Giveaway} – US Only – Ends 3/11

My Hare Line

by Patsy M. Henry

My Hare Line

Jack and Bunny Rabbit

My Hare Line is a series of books written by Patsy M. Henry, all about her “Bunny Family”. The first book is non-fiction and introduces you to the bunny family, sharing Patsy’s learning experience with her bunnies. Sometimes funny, sometimes sad. The story starts with the author’s husband Jerry surprising her with Bunny the Rabbit as a gift for Easter at the age of fifty-seven. Lots of pictures are included of the bunny family.

The next 3 books are fiction, told from a rabbit’s perspective. Your child will love reading these books and hearing how “bunnies think” and interact with their “humans”. In addition to the rabbits, your child is also introduced to a squirrel and a couple of birds. Each book introduces you to new members of the bunny family.  All 4 books are filled with pictures of the “bunny family” and their “humans”.

The author writes these books with a Christian perspective, handling some life issues with a gentleness that you as a parent will appreciate. This is a good opportunity for you to talk to your child about any losses they may have experienced in their life, whether the loss is of a family member or a pet. I recommend these books and feel they are very well written.

These books are geared to ages 6 to 10, although, 4 and 5 year old’s will love the photos and hearing about the bunnies.
